From the first call to a senior engineer on your team
You describe the role. We screen for that role and introduce a shortlist within 7 working days. You interview and hire. The engineer works your full US business day at $35/hr, all-in, month to month, with no recruiting fee and unlimited replacements.

They join your tools and take direction from you. We handle the contract and HR administration, and we check in with you and with the engineer.
After you chooseWhat we handle after the hire
- The engineer's contract and compensation.
- HR administration: onboarding, leave coordination, and performance reviews.
- A named account manager, and private welfare check-ins with the engineer.
- Training and mentoring, including AI tooling.
- Unlimited replacements while you are a client.
You still direct the work. The engineer is in your repo, your standups, and your roadmap.

How long until I meet engineers?
A shortlist is ready in 7 working days from the discovery call. You interview and choose. The start date depends on the engineer you hire.
Who decides?
You do. We screen against the role you describe and introduce the shortlist. You interview and choose.
What does the $35/hr rate include?
Compensation, the contract, HR administration, a named account manager, training, and unlimited replacements while you are a client. There is no recruiting fee. The engagement is month-to-month.
What if it is not a fit?
Tell us and we replace them. Replacements are unlimited for as long as you are a client.
Do engineers work US hours?
Yes. Full US-business-hours overlap, including engineers in Asia.
